DIR is committed to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all its Clients, Employees, Suppliers and any other entity who may be affected by its activities. DIR recognizes the fact that good health and safety management has positive benefits to the organization and must therefore continually improve, update and adapt to the changes. Similarly, the company must also do what is reasonable to avoid or to minimize any adverse environment impacts from its activities and promote and adopt environmental sustainability initiatives.

Our statement of general policy is:

to provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work/project activities
to consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
to provide and maintain safe plant and equipment
o ensure safe handling and use of substances
to ensure HSE compliance by our vendors and subcontractors through pre-qualification procedure
to provide information, instruction and supervision for employees
to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
to maintain safe and healthy working conditions and to review and revise this policy as necessary at regular interval
